Cargo Winch

Cargo winch also be called as lifting winch or heavy duty hoisting winch, which is a motor-driven hoisting machine for cargo having a drum around which a chain or rope winds as the load is lifted. It can be designed with one or two drums based on different application fields. And this kind of winch normally be used to a very important condition, like in high speed rail construction, mine mineral exploitation, heavy duty crane lifting, bridge construction, building trades, etc.

So we adopting PLC automatic programming control technology, taking the whole digital frequency conversion speed control as the base, taking the vector controlling technology as the core, the lifting winch's drag, protection and monitoring are realized.So it’s easy to control the lifting speed during operating works, and the speed is continuous variable transmission.

To meet the high standard safety requirement, the cargo winch be designed with three brakes, and one is high speed shaft electric-hydraulic brake on the motor side, the two another are electric-hydraulic disc brakes on both sides of the drum. That means there will be individual hydraulic power pack unit to supply the hydraulic oil power to these brakes at the same time during winch working.

And this kind of cargo winch with groove on the surface of drum to make sure rope winding well on it. And the wire rope winding only one layer on the drum c/w an angle pulley to change the rope direction out from the winch drum. The angle between the rope and the horizontal line is from 0 to 90 degrees depend on different request.
